(acer2x)

Motts did acquire Red Cheek in 1987.
http://www.answers.com/topic/mott-s

They, like many other companies, just buy out their competition. Look what happened to Elliot's Amazing Juices here in Philly. Snapple just stole his business:

http://elliott.elliottsamazing.com/faq_cmp.html
Re:Whatever happened to Red Cheek Apple Juice? (Tony Bad)

The Red Cheek I recall was not clear like most of today's apple juice. More cider like and very good. It was always my favorite as well.

Can't answer your question, but recommend you give Florida's Natural apple juice a try. It is in the orange juice section at grocery and it quite good. It isn't like the red cheek as far as appearance, but it very good.
Whatever happened to Red Cheek Apple Juice? (ken8038)

The coming of the fall season has me thinking about apple juice. There are a number of farmstands here in NJ that make thier own apple ciders and juices, and those are great.

But my favorite store-bought apple juice was always Red Cheek Natural style. It seems to have disappeared from the shelves for the past several years. Does anyone know if it's still being made?

Various web searches seem to indicate that Red Cheek might have been devoured by the Motts Apple juice conglomerate, but I can't find anything definitive.
