(Captain Morgan)

Myrtle Beach isn't know for road food joints anymore.
Lots of chains have come here....lots of bad seafood
joints. Lots of good ones too, but not many go after
the family demographic. This time of the year, lots
of golfers and snowbirds. You can find some good
early bird specials.
Re:Baltimore to Myrtle Beach via Williamsburg - where to eat?? (DirtDude)

Here is a thread I made of the Pee Dee Region, which is directly West of Myrtle. Only the ones in Florence, SC would be on your way, although Trulucks in Timmonsville is worth a short detour.

http://www.roadfood.com/F...37318&high=Pee+Dee

It is easiest to come down I-95 and head to Myrtle just north of Florence, SC.

Re:Baltimore to Myrtle Beach via Williamsburg - where to eat?? (Ralph Melton)

We went to Myrtle Beach over Thanksgiving. Unfortunately, I had trouble finding great food–though a fair part of that was that I was focusing on family more than food.

Here's a link to Littleman's recommendations: I didn't manage to eat at any of these places. http://www.roadfood.com/Forums/fb.ashx?m=615687

A link from another thread: http://www.roadfood.com/Forums/fb.ashx?m=564868 The entries following that are relevant too.

Peaches Corner (http://www.peaches-corner.com) looked potentially interesting but far from certain; I didn't try it.
Re:Baltimore to Myrtle Beach via Williamsburg - where to eat??
