I have parties, fund raisers and employee functions 5 days a week with my shaved ice. I charge 95 a hour min of two hours, which include 100 small cups and 10 flav.. 75 a hour for each hour after that and the hour clicks in after 15 minutes. Kids love it and employee appreciation loves it as well ( adults) I let them pour their own flav and they love that.. the kids I do it unless its a BIG party then I bring along my 18 flav stand which allows them to make their own.. Fundraising is so much fun too!!

We do shaved ice for late spring and summer events. We haven’t done any parties yet. If we do we will probably come up with a flat rate and a time minimum. You could charge something like a flat rate for the first 2/3 hours and so much per additional hours. We also would not carry all the flavors we carry to the events and festivals. We have thought about setting up the shaved ice as a separate venture complete with a portable Tiki Bar that we can roll onto location. We do believe that there is a good market for this and plan to continue some research into it.

Tiki Bar?? Won't you need a liquor license???

$200 minimum.
Not worth it for less with gas prices etc.
One guy thought that was too much and asked to rent the machine only. I told him $100. Still too expensive for him.
