i am not sure why people have to mean. You present a dish that looks very rich and delish, and people have to write mean comments.
Sighs..people can be so nasty about things, even very serious things, i think they are just miserable types that do not get on with most people..

You have your fans, Mr. Chewingthefat..and i am one too...it is nice that this community sticks together.

Nothing is contraversial on here, but some seem so rude over something that there should be no meanness about.

That sound does not seem overly expensive to me either..it looks chockful of items, not some watery broth.

Several know they don't like certain posts or posters yet they insist on reading them and commenting like broken records (or like a corrupted digital media file for you youngsters).

Why is that? I and many others wish you would just stop. The moderators are tired of having to follow these threads like the man with the broom and bucket has to follow the horses in the parade. You all have made your point, and as now should be abundantly clear, you aren't going to get your way. So now go hold your breath, stamp your feet, kick your dog, or do whatever you normally do when things don't go your way. Just don't make any more of these protest posts.

I've been, actually. Although I found the food less stellar than others, I was treated very nicely by everyone there.

Chewingthefat, I rarely post here even though I look at the forums probably every day. I wouldn't worry about the '1%'. I think your soup looks divine. And I certainly wouldn't care about the plastic spoons. I'd suck that soup up with a straw if I had to. :D. Please keep posting your pictures so that people like me can live vicariously through everyone's photos. Thanks!

Personally, if I'm gonna have to eat a lot of bacon in my soup I want the ramekin to be on a paper plate. I mean, it's a barbeque place, right? And isn't this the place where, if I buy one at the regular price I can get a second one for the same price?

Michael, yes, that's a special I came up with years ago, customers LOVE it. On special holidays, I run a buy one get the second one at half the size but twice the price. The place gets packed!

I would eat that without any utensils if I only had the chance. The addition of the sausage sounds brilliant to me. Yummmmm. Are you serving. perhaps, a nice country biscuit on the side with that now that you've added the sausage?

Garlic Parmesean Toast goes along for the ride! I deep fry our kaiser rolls add fresh garlic and parmesean, it's a good snack by itself!
