(ayesha)</title><description>  &lt;i&gt;&lt;b&gt;Ingredients:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/i&gt; &lt;br&gt;   &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  Banana &lt;br&gt; Carrots &lt;br&gt; Onions 3/4 &lt;br&gt; Salt to taste &lt;br&gt; Ginger garlic paste &lt;br&gt; Tumeric powder &lt;br&gt; Bottle guard &lt;br&gt; Garlic &lt;br&gt; Green chillies &lt;br&gt; Crushed pepper &lt;br&gt; Spring onion &lt;br&gt; Coriander leaves &lt;br&gt; Soy sauce &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  &lt;i&gt;&lt;b&gt;Preparation&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/i&gt; &lt;br&gt;   First Boil the Banana and peel and grate, carrot grate, bottle gourd &lt;br&gt;  In  a pan add oil, zeera, onion 3/4, salt, gingergarlice paste, turmuric  mix well then add carrot grated, bottle gourd grated,mix all and switch  off the flame. &lt;br&gt;  Now  add chilli powder, coriander powder, dry mango powder, now add grated  banana, mix well and make a small dumplings of all the mixture.If  required add egg,bread crums and make balls. &lt;br&gt;  Once the dumplings are ready bake it for 320 f heat for 20min. &lt;br&gt;  Now  in the same pan add little butter add garlic,green chillies chopped  very fine, mix well then add onion chopped, curry leaves chopped, chilli  powder, dry mango powder, mix well then add crush pepper, chopped  spring onion, coriander leaves, soy sauce mix well then add the baked  dumplings and tos it for 3-5 min and serve hot. &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  Source: bestglobalrecipes &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  </description><link>http://www.roadfood.com/Forums/fb.ashx?m=690482</link><pubDate>Wed, 14 Mar 2012 04:39:59 GMT</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
