While they have had to cut back a bit on the PA Dutch fare they still offer several PA dishes and even have the stuffed pig's stomach as a regular size fare and a smaller sized offering for the light eater! (Ha!) I have had many meals there in the last couple of years and they are always good and well priced. The area is now also called the Lower Macungie Patch by locals. And don't forget Trio Provisions and Seafood a stone's trrow away for The Willows. Excellent meats, speciality meats and some seafood. The scrapple is yummy!!
