Or shrimp. I grilled a few skewers at the 2008 home opener and they worked really well.
We had Italian sausages yesterday because the Cardinals were here, and the next game is against Colorado. We're angling for a "visiting team ballpark food" theme this year but Rocky Mountain Oysters are not an option!

When the Diamondbacks come to town you'll need to grill Rattlesnake Kabobs, while the Dbacks are inside grilling your Brewers!

Havent been at an opening day since 1977. I was best friends with Bud's neice at the time, and he gave her 50 tickets. Our parents okayed the day, and the principal was forced to accept our stubs as an excuse. Otherwise, Mom and Dad said we will write an excuse.EVERYONE of the parents! What a day-3rd base-first row......

Your proposal to give up Fishfries for Lent has an almost Zen Buddhist quality to it; kinda like the sound of one hand clapping. To recap: Because you are Wisconsonites, and because the Friday Fishfry is such an important and beloved part of the local culture, the real sacrifice would be to give up fish on Lenten Fridays, even though fish is the proscribed meal for those days. Hmmm....makes perfect sense!

I heard some talk this week that if a Wisconsinite really wanted to sacrifice for Lent, they would forgo their Friday Fishfries.
