It's a Klondike bar for god sake &lt;br&gt;  </description><link>http://www.roadfood.com/Forums/fb.ashx?m=695388</link><pubDate>Fri, 20 Apr 2012 09:26:38 GMT</pubDate></item><item><title>small fry vs. Klondike bar (mjambro)</title><description>  Stopped at McDonalds yesterday and read the&amp;nbsp;calorie information&amp;nbsp;on the side of a small bag (71 grams) of fries - 230 calories (100 from fat) / 11 fat grams. &amp;nbsp;Later in the day, while enjoying a Klondike (heathcrunch) bar (74 grams), I noticed it was also 230 calories (140 from fat) / 15 fat grams. &amp;nbsp;(Medium fry is 380 calories (170 from fat) / 19 fat grams. &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  Considering frozen fries are not typically all that enjoyable, in the future, I'll seriously be considering dropping the fries to later enjoy a Klondike bar. &amp;nbsp;Much more enjoyable with similar-to-fewer calories (albeit somewhat higher in fat grams). &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  </description><link>http://www.roadfood.com/Forums/fb.ashx?m=695384</link><pubDate>Fri, 20 Apr 2012 08:08:01 GMT</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
