Chinese is almost invariably disappointing, laden with MSG. Thai is usually very good. Czech cuisine is not my favorite, I must admit. Jake's Cafe, in Ritzville, Washington, makes (or, at least, used to make) incredibly thick and delicious milkshakes, served in the mixing container.
