I will definitely try this recipe. You can also try to reheated this and add the cheese, then cheese get melt.It's taste more better.

Instead of a sandwich with the leftover Thanksgiving stuff, I'll sometimes wrap up the reheated food in a big tortilla, then bake it for a few minutes just to crisp it up a little. Thanksgiving Turkey Dinner Burrito!

I take back EVERYTHING I said about the Bread Bowl Sandwich! Checking further with the link provided, and following the step- by-step procedures they used---It is indeed a sandwich!

I'd probably try all of them, at least once.

Foodbme, Knife and forrk can still be a sandwich. Just think of the Kentucky Hot Brown or open faced hot covered turkey and roast beef sandwiches.

I must have missed something as i didn't see a soup/bread bowl sandwich in that list. I did see one that took the ingredients of French Onion Soup and made it into a grilled cheese sandwich. I did see something that looked similar to a bread bowl but it goes by the name of Pan Bagnat or Shooter's Sandwich. I think the NOLA Muffaletta may be "similar" in construction where the top of the bread is taken off, the insides are hollowed out and the ingredients are then layered inside, top put back on, wrapped up and then weighted down to allow the flavors to marry together before slicing.

They all look like they'd be a mess to eat.
Knife and fork required in every case.
If a knife & fork is required, is it still a sandwich?
AND the soup bowl is not a sandwich.

I thought the cheddar on corned beef was probably wrong, but I'd be hard put to refuse any item listed, they all look pretty good.

I'd definitely eat most of them. That sandwich with the Guinness caramelised onion you have pictured above would be in my top list. Soup in a bread bowl isn't a sandwich, tho.
