(edwmax)</title><description>  You didn't say what your were trying to cost, inventory or serving cost.   &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp;   &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp;A $2 calculator &amp;amp; excel spread sheet would be your best without more info of what you need to do.   &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp;   &lt;br&gt;  For serving/portion costing, many free recipe programs can do this if you enter ingredient cost correctly.   &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp;   &lt;br&gt;  Many inventory cost control programs also require a link to the order system &amp;amp; cash register to produce and 'end of day' usage report and restock report.&amp;nbsp; These are not cheap and require a computer/cash register system.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; ... On a Truck, you should be able to do this without an expensive computer system.
