Those rolls have a curious texture. They look like they collapse. &lt;br&gt;  &lt;br&gt; I don't know if it could be something like a steamed bun finished for a minute....for color. &lt;br&gt;  &lt;br&gt; It's a chain that goes back 30 years...with locations in a few States. No mention about recipes except for one person that said he had it... and the bidding starts at $1000. Seriously.
