The New York deli's sandwich  called "instant heart attack," is made of sliced pastrami and fried  potato latkes and it costs $24.95. &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  The burger chain Heart Attack Grill opened for business in 2005 and  sued the deli for trademark infringement. A federal judge in New York  sided with the deli.
