It's just places the author has been in the first six months of this year. He's just saying&amp;nbsp;that they exist. &lt;br&gt;  The thing I like about this list is it's not a re-hash of all the places that have&amp;nbsp;been on every list and TV show in the world. No Hot Doug's mentioned. I've never seen any of these on any lists or TV shows. Some of you Chitown locals may know them but I'd bet most of us don't.
