The place was so crowded, it was easier to eat at the bar. I asked the bartender for a breakfast suggestion. He immediately replied Egg and I. I told him that I was looking for something along the line of Bogue's in Birmingham or Waysider in Tuscaloosa. He told me they don't have anything like that in Montgomery. Very disappointing!

Re:Breakfast in Montgomery, AL (buffetbuster)

 kevincad-
Thanks so much for the reply! Looks like I have two good options now.
Re:Breakfast in Montgomery, AL (Foodbme)

buffetbuster

Foodbme

Montgomery is an epicurian wasteland!
(Unless all you want to eat is BBQ)

I just can't accept that a city the size of Montgomery in the middle of the South is a epicurian wasteland. How is that possible? Hopefully, I will be able to prove, at least in my own mind, that it isn't true.
Unfortunately, four or five places that look really interesting, like Hamburger King, are only open during weekdays, which eliminates them off my list for this trip.

Trust Me!
