The Cordele Recreation Parlor also know as The Pool Hall had been cranking em out since 1939. It's basically a bar and poolroom that serves up chili dogs and scrambled dogs from 8 in the morning until 9 at night. There is a walk up window also that does a brisk business. The chili is meaty and isnt hot but has a nice spicy kick to it. It works best for me on the scrambled dog which is steamed dog in a bun covered with chili and beans, onions, oyster crackers ,and cheese sauce. A plate full for $4.50. A scrambled dog, chili dog and 2 cokes for less than $10. Not bad...
