(RestaurantBiz)</title><description>  This blogger wonders if &lt;a href="http://www.industryintel.com/news/read/3406271328/McDonalds-Expansion-Of-Breakfast-Hours-A-Step-Toward.html" target="_blank" rel="nofollow"&gt;McDonald's is moving towards offering all-day breakfast&lt;/a&gt; now that it is testing expanded breakfast hours in certain markets. Good or bad move for them?
