But I've been to the Walking Street Night Market in Chiang Mai, Thailand and to Borough Market in London.

I've been to Osteria. It's a little ironic that it made the list because it's generally not considered to be the best of Vetri's (the owner and arguably the best chef in Philadelphia) restaurants. His self-titled Vetri should be on there. I've never had comparable pasta anywhere else.

Only 2- Daniel and Momofuku.

I've been to Daniel twice, and both times were absolutely breathtaking. Every detail was perfect. I also had the honor once to have a meal that Daniel Boulud personally prepared at a private dinner. That was one of the most unforgettable meals of my life.

I used to go to Momofuku Noodle Bar once a week (in the cold months) for the ramen bowls. DAMN I miss living in the city.

I have been to the City Market in Luling. Can't say enough nice things about it.

Recently, Newsweek gathered numerous chef's from around the world to make a list of the 101 Best Restaurants in the world. While some of them were 5 star places, there were Food Trucks, Carts, Street Food, Food cooked on someone's porch; all sorts of places. The common denominator was just plain good food.
