We hit all three last spring for visits as well as Old Talbott for both a lunch and dinner. You can even stay at the Old Talbott Inn. There is nothing exceptional about the food but the history is worth going alone. We tried to get in other places besides Talbott twice but they were all oddly closed on Sundays and Mondays.
Re:Bardstown Kentucky (Davwud)

 Hey Chef

We stopped for lunch once in Bardstown. Ate at the Olde Talbott Tavern. We both thoroughly enjoyed our meals.
It's a beautiful old Inn.
http://www.talbotts.com/

DT

Bardstown Kentucky (scrumptiouschef)

I know there are some Kentucky folks on here so please lend a hand. Need Bardstown info. Old diners, cafes, barbecue joints. It's outside my range so....any good joints around there where a body can hunker down over some southern chow? Biscuits in particular. Thanks, scrump
