Doesn't surprise me a bit. This is the same state that considers repairing a customer's PC the same as performing an investigation. Only a state licensed PI or working under the auspicies of one can legally work on your computer now. Brick and mortars in his district must be trying to turn the screws real bad to come up with this. Now how about their huge tanks?
