One kicks in full speed and the other lags.

Just bought 2 of these coolers and I have a 30 day warranty. The units are being tested in garage and eventually going into a truck.

Do a web search for the equipment manual or repair guide. You have the model number.
Re:House current with a 115v 60hz Delfield display cooler (Curb Hopper)

 It's an 8.5A.

They seem to be running well but I'm not 100%.

Cooler got to below 40 in less than an hour.

Question: there are 2 fans near the coils, are they both meant to run when it cycles through? That cooler is going to be afreezer if your garage isnt heated...LOL (My brother used to like in Boothbay Harbor)
Re:House current with a 115v 60hz Delfield display cooler (edwmax)

You didn't tell us what the amperage draw of the cooler is? It should work just fine on a 120v/20 amp circuit (max. 16 amp) and might be ok on a 120v/15 amp circuit if the current draw is less than 11 amps.
... just guessing from the info you provided and assuming this DOES NOT require a 120v/30 amp circuit.
House current with a 115v 60hz Delfield display cooler (Curb Hopper)

Should this cooler run normal in the garage?
