This could be the gastranomic equivalent of the "Hair of the Dog" at Man Bites Dog which consists of a 1/2 lb dog wrapped in bacon then deep fried, covered with chili, cheese and a fried egg on top then drizzled with tabasco sauce. They don't know from home fries in Dallas.
