(suemo)</title><description>  Found the recipe in the Stern's book Two For the Road--it sounded delicious and supposedly required only an hour of oven time. Found the thickest chops available (about 1 1/2 inches) and followed the instructions to the letter. Problem: took 3 hours to cook to "pot roast tender" rather than the one hours described.
