This just makes me sick. If there's any justice in the world, the chain's owners will spend some time behind bars for pulling this on their employees and creditors.

I already know how this one ends. Company goes belly up; defaults on all of its obligations - including the back pay to migrant workers; owner will re-open a new pizza operation within a year - free of all former financial obligations.

Owner will likely then later, rinse, and repeat until he drives next business (and investors) into the ground.

Ugh! Now I'm really disgusted that I reviewed this place! My friends on the South Shore had told me bit and pieces about this saga but this article really makes me ill.
