Alot of the guys close their trucks during the winter. Last year concrete cuisine stayed open all year because it was so nice out. This year i think everyone will take feb to march off. Of course they all still do catering year round.

Thank you. I follow the MMFVA and all the trucks on Facebook. The food truck rallies are great. It seems they have one about every week or so. I hope it doesn't slow down during winter.

Im sure these things exist across the country. How useful do you guys find them. Here locally at least everyone has been really helpful.
