I'm still a severe newbie to the world of hot dog carts. Continue to have my share of headaches. Only had the opportunity to get my cart out and do business once so far. But that one day...oh that one day put such a huge smile on my face. I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that I WANT this! I will continue pushing forward until I am out there on a daily basis.
In the meantime, when I'm not beating the streets digging for locations, or pouring over Google and the net searching for ideas of locations, I'm here on the Forum. There have been so many posts by the 'Old Guard' telling us newbies that the best Vending course in the world is right at your fingertips. Read all the posts.

Well its taken me a couple of weeks but I've actually done it. I've read 78 existing pages of posts in the Professional Hot Dog vendors forum. There's such a wealth of knowledge here! If you are just starting out like I am, listen to the professionals! set aside time for your own training. Read those 78 pages. I'm not stopping there though. There are so many other forums on Roadfood that will offer up pearls of wisdom as well.
