It's the best I've ever had, bar none.  I'm pretty sure they use grey-cured corned beef, which is another hard and fast preference I developed while living in eastern MA. I saute onions, try to make cakes form the can and add lots of pepper and dry mustard.  My dad's favorite dinner is &amp;quot;hash&amp;quot; made from left over beef potroast, with onions, potatoes,and s/p.  (He briefly had a restaurant in Sarasota, FL that had a very popular duck hash on the menu, though that didn't interest me at all).  Canned  roast beef hash was something my hubby's family liked, so we have that sometimes, too.  REgarding the CBH eggs benedict( the original-my fave bkfast of all time)--are you all making homeade hollandaise--Wow!
