Black Sea Bass(Tautog) is certainly my favorite fish, deep fried little whole catfish, found only in the South in my experience, are a delight; lump Chesapeake Bay crab meat has to be high on the list; and oysters on the half shell I wouldn't want to live without. &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  Cheers.
