I also have a friend with Celiac disease. He is actually annoyed that "gluten free" has become a fad, because it means that his problem is often not taken seriously (he discovered his problem in high school; he was a football player and, during a routine check-up, he was told he had the bone structure of an 80 year old man. He has to be super-careful about gluten.

There are some nice smartphone apps that can help ... but you still need to beware mistakes/carelessness can happen.
I have a friend with Celiac Disease and navigating the GF world is a challenge.
The PEI WEI CHAIN https://www.peiwei.com/menu/menu.aspx has a good track record.
For the record -- it may help you get better feedback -- are you or your family dealing with the Celiac, or just an intolerance of some sort ?

Hi All, I am just learning about the "Gluten Free World", I am not sure if that is a sin in here or not (Sorry if it is), does anyone know of FF Chains that offer Gluten Free items and have you tried them?
Would like to bring my kids somewhere but also have a healthy alternative.
