(mayor al)</title><description>  Lots of places in Kentuciana serve the headless whole Catfish...and in many cases the fillets or Nuggets as well. (EdSails)</title><description>  Next time you get to a city with a large Asian population, check out some of the restaurants, often with the name "seafood" in the title. A lot of them have live tanks with catfish that will either steam or deep fry the whole catfish. It is simply phenomenal.The fried especially, often served with stir-fried peppers on top, is unbelievable. I wouldn't be surprised if atlanta has a few.
