So sorry to read that they closed down WJ. That was a really good place. I would be curious to know what happened.

Paulde had asked for suggestions for his trip down I95 to Florida and back.
Since he was stopping in Richmond, my automatic first recommendation without a doubt was Mama Mary's Sugar and Spice....
Imagine my dismay when I found out they were no longer in business. Apparently after 40 years in business it appears they went out of business sometime in 2012. I do not know why. It was one of the highlights of my weekend trip there with Buffetbuster back in 2010

Serving the best Sweet Potato Pie and Peach Cobbler that I've ever had....anywhere they will truly be missed.
