Colorado Springs Chinese (Samsquantch)

Hi all:

Just moved to the "Springs" from Chicago...best decision of our lives.....and so far found outstanding Vietnamese, Mexican, Thai, German and Steakhouse fare..but struggling with Chinese

Although we certainly do not expect Chinatown-level Chinese food, we would really cherish any suggestions of places that are at least SOMEWHAT better than Panda Wok (or whatever it's called)
Perusing menus and food photos on line, nothing really stands out....and much looks pretty,well, blah.....we went to a place in Manitou that was simply atrocious....but we are not giving up.

Any help with this wood be greatly appreciated!!!
