Hey Lou, Do you mean the thin Ft long Sabrett? I buy this one at a local Giant Food Store in Lancaster PA the stock # 1413 for the Skinless All Beef Frankfurter - 12-1 lb Packages.
I can also get the Bun Size dog there also. I don't buy them.
Hope this helps, Try to fnd a Giant Food store even in Phila or try a costco. Cowboy Bob 2

I think I have your source.
All along the route 36 corrider from the GS Parkway toward Sandy Hook are Foodtown Supermarkets.
Last week I purchased a package of Windmill hot dogs which I believe are Sabretts. Same exact size as the huge Thumans and the huge Schikhaus All the Foodtowns have them. If they are Sabretts and you try them, let us know what you think.
I found them to be very salty. I have four left and will simmer them in water first and then grill to see if this helps.
I tried the Windmill franks since when I compared them to Max's in Long Branch I preferred the taste. I think Max uses the large Schikhaus.

The Windmill franks are Sabrett, but the beef/pork frank, which is much milder than the Sabrett all beef. I've seen the larger Sabrett griddle frank (all beef) recently, but I can't remember where. I think either Shop Rite or A&P. I'll post back when I run across them again.
