I would like tips and a good recipe for a rub and injection. Planning on doing this Sat. July 5

You don't need an injection, keep it simple, get some Montreal Seasoning rub it today, smoke away tomorrow!

I use just salt, black pepper and garlic powder!

OH! I didn't know it had a name other than, salt, black pepper & garlic powder. Anyway, I get alot of people asking what's in the rub. Most of the time I just tell them its a secrete recipe from my Grandma. PS, I just added an entry in my recipe book for Dalmatian Rub by PB.
