Can anyone give me an guestimate of how many snow cones you can get out of a gallon of syrup. I'm going to use a bowl not a cup. Thanks a lot

Well, figure out how many ounces you plan to dispense per serving. There are 128 ounces per gallon. Divide the number of ounces you will use per serving into 128.

I always preferred snowballs to snowcones...Egg Custard used to be my favorite!

Hightider, davebugg pretty well nailed it. You need to know what your measure will be. Make a decent cone, then duplicate the pumped amount (syrup) on a scale. This way you can work your food costs, knowing what product amount you'll be using on a per serving basis.
