start a gyro stand in CA?
My friend/business partner and I wanted to start a pizza vending trailer but that proved to be far too expensive and complicated, at least for the foreseeable future. Our budget is about 10k MAX, we'd prefer to keep it around 7 or 8k. Besides hotdogs, what other concession type stands could we start with this money?
What are the approximate startup costs? 5,000? 10,000?
Are ingredients expensive?
What permits are necessary?
Are you required to have insurance of some kind?
Why are there no good gyros in CA? (They are all over the place in Chicago/NYC)
