We were doing this before we went home and cooked steak diane my way. Welcome to Daytona Beach At the beach SK and Flamoe Back to the food. All the ingredients Cook 1 minute on each side in butter and remove Melt more butter, saute scallions, add mustard and whathishere sauce Put steaks back in and cook 1 more minute on each side. Remove Add lemon juice, mushrooms, parsley, chives. sautee 1 minute (Sorry, no pictures of this) Pour over steaks. ENJOY And remember---Don't forget your Emily Post

I have added this recipe to my "Low Calorie, Cooking for 2 Cook Book" can also be used by 1 person with a big appetite for yummy food !!!!! Bon Appetit mon amies.

Wow, that looks fabulous. We were at Daytona Beach last week for 3 days. Wasn't very crowded where we were at either. Mostly cooked in our room but went to the pier for a few drinks. Only ate out at the "Oyster Pub". We had steamed shrimp, oysters rockefeller, which was pretty darn good, and a couple of rumrunners with floaters. We wore shirts.

jellybear, just cut & pasted from ribeyes & mom in laws spuds thread annpeeples, we moved here from Connecticut. all it takes to move where you WANT to live is a little money & balls. susanll, I'm the only one that eats asparagus so it's every once in a while. John, we were in front of some condos where its quiet. you know how busy it is in front of the hotels. Rusty246, where did you stay? you should have PM'ed & let me know you were comming. would have loved to meet you.
