suggestions on a skateboard event in June

Hello all, I am doing a skateboard event in late june. Attendance should be around 200-500 people. I am open to any suggestions on items to sell. Redbull will be sponsering the event so there goes the energy drink idea I had planned. Would you recommend selling natural casing versus skinless hot dogs? or since it might be a younger crown should I go with the skinless? Do you find anyone complaining about natural casing? The menu will be hotdogs, polish, hotlinks, chips drinks will be coke, diet pepsi, sprite, water, gatorade. Any feed back will help, Thanks

I don't know anything about skateboard events in California, but around here, at the events I used to go to with my grandson, most people brought their own stuff in coolers.

HMMM!!! Skateboard to me means kids. 8-10 to 16-21 year olds. A good dog on a good bun. They will not even notice any skinless or natural casing brands. The faster you can serve the better off. Skate, skate skate. The only thing negative might be that they have no money for anything fancy. I think keep it simple and cheap. Your attendance numbers are low, so try to feed everyone. On the other hand, you dont want to have leftovers unless you have a normal vending gig. My last big street/parade gig in Key West I had a lot of leftovers, but I kept them packaged so that it was easy to reuse in a day or two. hope that helps

I did the event and you were right. NO one even knew the difference between skinless or natural casing. I would ask the adults if they would like an old fashion natural casing or skinless and they would say "give me whatever" I guess if I just serve the natural casing people will just think I have an out of the ordinary dog and find them selves coming back for more lol. That's the only way I can see them getting hooked. I sold alot of water and had an ok day. If a taco truck didn't park right by me I would have sold a ton of dogs! Those kids bought water and Gatorade left and right. Thanks for the help
