I have always (until very recently) considered
Doe's Eat Place to be a humble little place in Mississippi that was one of the ultimate Roadfood places in the USA. Now I find that it is expanding...Little Rock, Tulsa, and other places have been listed. The Little Rock Website claims they are independent stores, not related by anything but name. I don't know if the quality of the steaks have been compromised in the expansion, but it's image is sure changing in my "Minds-Eye?
