hey i dont know if you still read this but i would love to chat with you about wine I am starting my Sommelier classes soon and have some questions. do you mind if i talk with you about them?!

    I use Negra Modelo, a sweet, dark Mexican beer in my chili. It does not leave a bitter after taste like some beers can.
