Now pour a Sierra Nevada Bigfoot Barleywine. I'd have to have a small rare lamb chop with apple/mint jelly, sided with a rare kobe beef ribeye medallion, and a small duck breast with a simple pan reduction glaze. With a small side of porcini risotto.
Wee cup of strong coffee to cleanse the palate pre-dessert.
