Culvers Breakfast? Sat, 11/15/03 2:15 AM (permalink)
Has anyone ever wondered what a Culvers breakfast would be like? I would love to see one try it. If they can do breakfast like they do the rest of their food that would be a huge treat.

I don't think the breakfast thing will ever happen, but I do like a Jumbo ButterBurger Bacon Delux when our nearby Cluvers opens it's drive-thru at 10:30 in the morning.

Just another fast food breakfast disaster. Breakfast is the one meal that fast food and good are mutually exclusive.

For anyplace thats as over rated as any Culvers, anywhere, I can't imagine they would know which end of the chicken to find an egg, much less cook it!

Not having heard of Culver's, I just visited their Web site?

I would welcome an option other than Wendy's for the times I need to stop at a fast service chain. The tomato on my Wendy's burger last week was more green and white than red.

We got a Culver's here in town a few months back. I was looking forward to trying their butter burger as I had heard much about it. Well my wife was in town shortly after they opened and brought one home to me and I was very disipointed! The bun was just soggy with the butter and not really toasted. The flavor of the burger was not the best. We have never went back. Maybe eating one very hot right there could be better......

Actually there is. I work at a Culver's and we serve breakfast. We have these things called Scramwiches, got breakfast platters. Actually taste really good... normal restaurant quality. I work at the Cross Plains, WI Culvers. They also have breakfast in the Mt. Horeb, WI, and Dodgeville, WI as well... those Culvers are owned by the same people as ours...

                        I'd trade a White Castle for a Culver's.

                          Au Contraire' my fine fellow.
While you don't have any in your area yet, (I don't think?), Jack in the Box out West here does a nice job with their Sausage, Egg and Cheese Biscuit.
                          AND they serve it 24/7/365

Apparently, someone bought a Master Franchise for the Phoenix Market. They're popping up all over the Valley! Eli Manning maybe????? Trying to outdo his big brother!!

Deal.  I'll even throw in a 2nd Culver's just to be sure you're happy.

I'd like the Mount Horeb location...with the pancakes & card game. We can play for syrup & jam...wink wink.
