Prince's has been the same for years. I don't recall ever hearing their service is amazing, just the chicken.

I actually like The Chicken Shack's style better than Prince's, I think it's closer to Boo's.  I usually have to specify they put the spice to it heavy though or the seasoning can be a little sparse.

I need to try 400 degrees again some time, the one time I went it was almost inedibly salty.  I don't get up to Nashville that much any more though.

Sorry to see all the negative comments about the Loveless. I've had dinner there twice in the past three years and enjoyed it each time.

Traveling thru Nashville yesterday I got to Prince's right at 11 a.m.  I thought I'd be there right about the time it opened.  Saturdays it opens at 2 p.m and is open until 4 a.m.  Those are some amazing hours but I couldn't hang around so I went to Bolton's, on Main St.  What a wonderful experience!
I got the breast quarter 9 medium) with corn on the cob and baked beans.  I thought the entire meal was wonderful and the chicken was pure heaven.  Even if it were not hot it would still be awesome fried chicken, but the heat is not an instant heat and it is just great flavor.  Didn't realize that Prince and Bolton were related but now it makes sense.
Hope to make it to the Hot Chicken Festival next year
