Hello all!
Ive read countless threads on this great site and finally joined. I finally took the plunge to take on the task of opening a small quick serve restaurant with a health inspired menu in downtown Newark, NJ.

A big Howdy from your cousins in Fresno, the Kevorkians. A joke on my part, I was born and lived in Fresno, Calif for 41 years. We had three out of 5 neighbors that were all related, the Kevorkians. I used to swear in Armenian pretty well. :)
