Access denied

Hi,
i have been able to see posts, but when I clicked on post in the recipes section, there is a strange glitch. I received this error message:
403 - Forbidden: Access is denied. You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied.
Please help, the post sounds promising and I would like to view it.

well, i tried again, the third time around, and it was a charm. Back to normal.
