Nice write-up, Tom. You deserve it. My son and I were in the area of Baltimore area's most famous and highly touted Barbeque restaurant. Let me tell you.......................they need to take a lesson on how to do briskets at that place from you. I could not even chew the piece that I had! Their greens were terrific but not as good as yours. Their corn bread was wonderful........piping hot and delicious. (I have never had yours) My son and I both agreed that your pulled pork is better.

Way to go Chewy I'll get my magnifying glass and read it later This is just a byproduct of your hard work and dedication. It's always nice to see good things happen to good people.

Hi CTF! QFan wishes he still lived in No VA (did for many yrs). I'd be on your doorstep every chance I got. Next time the Mrs & I are up to visit our daughter in DC, we're going to try to make it up your way. QFan Bonita Springs, FL

Joe, in Firefox, right click on the photo, choose "view image", and you get the image separate from the post, with the cursor acting as a magnifier. Click on the photo again to get it larger, or smaller.
