funnel cakes and elephant ears

I do several events -some Native American -some tell me an elephant ear is the same as frybread -not to me -does anyone have any idea how to make funnel cakes and elephant ears like you find on the midway ? Any help will be greatly appreciated

They are more of a Main Dish at the State Fair of Texas. I love them both!!!
