Might be a good ivestment opourtunty in that area for someone young and willing.
If things keep going the way they are in Japan South Florida will look very inviting for those displaced. You may even see some of their major manufacturig relocate there. Chow Jim

I never heard of 'southwest' Florida. There is North, South, Panhandle, Atlantic Coast & Gulf Coast.
