Help-Trying to Cancel Membership

Hello, My subscription was automatically renewed on Feb 26. I didn't want to renew. It's my fault, but I thought I would be notified in advance that it was about to renew -- other services do that (AAA, Wall St Journal, for example). You should get Pay Pal to do that too. Anyway, I love it, but am just not using Insider enough to justify the cost. Can you please cancel and refund my money please? Thanks Glenn Schlarman

I don't use the Insider benefits that much either. I consider my payment as a donation to help keep the site going.

I'm retired and have two kids in college -- sadly, my capacity to make such donations is a thing of the past. Foodbme I don't use the Insider benefits that much either. I consider my payment as a donation to help keep the site going.

I can't help you with a refund, but will alert Stephen to this post. To others who wish to cancel, you need to do so through paypal. When you sign in to paypal look for "subscriptions". Until you cancel they will be billed annually.
