It always takes longer than expected. But now you know even more than before what your customers are going through when they are trying to get a new B&M open, or doing a major remodel of a kitchen.Soon you'll be open and the money will start to come in. I have been working my ass off (busy at the stand) and trying to find a way to get the price point down on my pork injector. I don't like nor never want to cheapen the quality or longevity (usefulness + lifespan) of the end product but want to get the price point down to a (WOW what a deal). LOL jack

Isn't the refrigerator going to get hot next to the fryer? are you going to have a heat/grease shield?

i realy do not think it will get that hot to worry about. i am thinking maybe put a heat shield on the refrigerator. if anything to protect it from the grease.

Now your making some progress. Good deal. I don't know if the cooler will have to work harder or not because it's next to your fryer but a thin sheet of SS or Alum, will make the cooler wall on that side a lot easier to clean. If you think about it the next time you take a photo get outside and shoot from there so we can see the entire wall in one photo. Great job buddy. Congratulations I'll bet your getting excited and want to load the puppy with food and get started.
